Healing is not about fixing what's broken. It's about finding a path forward — together.
A brief introduction
Therapy built around a real understanding of you.
I offer a warm, direct, and collaborative place to understand what is happening and decide what may help. I may be a good fit for adults who want to participate actively in therapy, reflect honestly, and work together on meaningful change — not only be listened to from the sidelines.
I will listen carefully, ask direct questions, and help us keep sight of what you want to understand or change. Evidence-based methods provide structure, while curiosity and genuine human connection make room for the complexity of your experience.
I am drawn to this work because people deserve more than a formula. My role is not to hand you a predetermined answer — it is to bring clinical knowledge, steady engagement, and genuine curiosity while we develop a path that belongs to you.
What I help with
Many people arrive carrying several of these at once. We can begin with what feels most present.
- AnxietyRacing thoughts, over-preparing, the pressure to keep everything under control.
- Trauma & PTSDPast experiences that alter how safe or connected you feel. Trauma-informed care, including EMDR.
- DepressionLife feeling heavier, flatter, or more distant than it used to.
- Grief & lossGrieving a person, a relationship, a role, or the life you expected.
- BurnoutCarrying a great deal, dependably, while quietly running empty.
- Relationship patternsOvergiving, avoiding conflict, or returning to patterns that no longer feel healthy.

Our approach
Warmth, clarity, and methods grounded in evidence.
Good therapy should feel human: careful enough to understand the whole picture and practical enough to help life feel more manageable.
Therapy is collaborative. I bring clinical training, structure, and honest feedback; you bring the knowledge of your own life. Together we decide what deserves attention and how we will measure meaningful progress.
Treatment draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance-based approaches, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, depending on your needs and readiness.
