Privacy

Website privacy information.

This page explains what information this website collects and which services it uses. It covers the website only. How Practice Name, Credentials handles information as part of therapy is described separately by the practice.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, the reason you are getting in touch, and any message you choose to write. It is meant for a brief first message.

Your message is sent over an encrypted connection and emailed to the practice so it can reply. The website does not keep a database of messages. If the email service is briefly unavailable, a message may be held in encrypted storage so it can be retried, and is deleted once delivered or after at most seven days.

Once your message reaches the practice, how it is kept and used is up to the practice.

  • Do not use the form for emergencies.
  • Do not include health details or other sensitive information.

Spam protection

Your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions.

Server logs

Like most websites, the web server keeps technical logs, such as IP address, the pages requested and browser type, to keep the website secure and working.
